"Take time out to experience the healing power of nature in our beautiful woodlands. Based on the Japanese practise of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing”, guided forest therapy walks provide the opportunity to spend time in nature in a way that many of us have never done before. These restful, restorative sessions waken our senses to the nature around us and to our nature within us. Through a series of beautiful sensory invitations, we will be gentle guided to connect to the therapeutic power of the forest."
